Using Mitutoyo, MeasurLink, Realtime Data Collection, we are able to inspect the parts through every facet of its manufacture. This includes the First Article inspection which takes place after the part is set-up and before the order is run, In-process inspection that is performed at the time the parts are being produced, and Final Inspection after the order has completed all in house and outside processing. The MeasurLink system will also keep all Q.A. records and notify us when it is time to recalibrate our precision measuring instruments.
We will provide all certifications upon request.
Every order we process must pass a series of inspections before the parts ever leave our building. This is essential for both corporations’ profitability.
From the time the purchase order is placed, we will initiate procedures of inspection that will assure complete success all the way through the manufacturing process. This includes Purchase order, Print, Material, First Article, In-process and Final Inspection.
